I had an absolutely amazing time going out to Herman Park twice and ministering the love of Christ to the homeless population. I do not like to call them "homeless people" because their situation does not define who they are. Honestly, we all can be homeless at anytime, and the face of homelessness can be anyone...it's not what you think.
The first time my mom and I went, I failed to mention this in the first part of the video. One sweet guy we gave food too offered to pray for us! It was awesome. Also, my mom and I got to minister to and show love to a man who just got to Houston. He thought that he was too far gone to receive God's love. But we reminded him that he was never to far to receive God's love.
