he couldn't afford contact lenses
even though he wanted them so bad...
he just wanted to fit in
he wished his teeth were smaller
he wished his clothes were cooler..
why was he born into this family?
why couldn't he be more sexy
more handsome,
like the varsity football players?
instead..he was a band geek
and his dream girl wouldn't even look twice at him.
God was speaking to his heart
telling him...
