Stacie Cherill : Pray for My 'Best Friend' [Trusting God In The Storm]

yesterday I got devastating news,
My pet Dachshund Ellie, who I love with all my heart has congestive heart failure.
She is my baby and my gift from God, so many tears were shed yesterday.

God told me I entered into a new season,
God told me this was going to be a season of blessings and breakthrough!
But it seems like I have been tested so much this new year--especially with the things I love.

But I know that My God will keep my Ellie in the palm of his hand. He created her heart and 'HE GOT HER'. God is not surprised but He is Sovereign. I'm so glad we finally got a diagnosis because we have been sending her to different vets for over a year now.

I'm believing that Ellie will continue to live a long life. But either way, I will praise God and Thank him for the wonderful life that we have been given together. It's truly been wonderful.

I'm here to tell you that no matter what you are going through right now, God's GOT YOU. You are not alone and he is not surprised. I know you may feel betrayed by God this new year, as if He doesn't love you, but never believe that because He loves you so much.

These fiery trails are just to get us to cling to God even more. And we will come out like gold. We will come out stronger than ever. We will come out with a great zeal for The Lord. If I can survive my grandma's cancer scare, I can survive anything. I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me. And so can you.

Prayer
Lord, I lift up Ellie to you today. Lord continue to heal her and keep her. May we enjoy a wonderful life together. Lord may we continue to trust you no matter what life throws at us. May we be anchored in you forever and confident in who you are to us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
